The practice utilises a text reminder service for all appointments, this consists of the date, time and surgery site of any appointment. If we have a mobile contact telephone number on your patient record we will text this number with the reminder. It is important to keep us updated with your correct contact telephone number. Patients can cancel any appointment by using the text service without the need to contact the surgery by telephone by simply texting CANCEL.
We also offer a text messaging service for routine messages, flu campaign as well as appointment reminders.
If you do not wish to receive such information by text message please inform the surgery.
