Patient rights and responsibilities

You have the right to be treated with respect and without discrimination but certain responsibilities are also expected of you – for example if you are unable to keep an appointment please cancel it to ensure it can be made available for another patient to utilise.

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please find our chaperone policy here.
