There is now the facility for patients to book appointments with a doctor, order repeat prescriptions and view medical records via this website.
To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code. To register, please print and complete the form below and take it along with a form of photo identification to any of our surgeries where our reception staff wil be able to process this for you. All new patients registering with us will automatically receive this option.

If you have been referred to hospital there is now the facility for patients to manage their referral online allowing you to book, check, change, and cancel your appointments online without help from the practice. Once the practice has referred you, you will be provided with an information pack giving you details of a booking reference, password and access code. You can then simply click on www.nhs.uk/referrals to manage your referral at your own convenience.
