We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning The Hub at Epworth Surgery, visiting the surgery in person or on-line.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
If you feel you need a home visit please contact The Hub at Epworth Surgery, wherever possible before 10:30, where the duty doctor will assess your request. Please note that the Practice operates with a range of clinicians and we do not guarantee that home visits are undertaken by Doctors or a named clinician. At times you may be visited by a clinician from the wider health service.

If you require medical attention in the case of an emergency out of surgery hours please ring NHS 111. You will be offered advice, an appointment to attend the out of hours centre, or the duty staff will assess the need for a home visit on medical grounds. The call is recorded for medico-legal reasons. NHS North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group is responsible for commissioning this service. If you require general medical advice please also ring NHS 111.
