Repeat prescriptions

If you are on regular medication your doctor will arrange for you to receive it on a repeat prescription. Due to increased demand the practice now require 72 hours from the point of your request for medication to be prepared and ready for your collection from our surgeries.  If you collect your medication from local Weldricks Pharmacies they have asked that we inform patients this could take up to 7 working days. Patients living more than a mile from the Pharmacy in Epworth can have their medication supplied from any of our surgeries at Epworth, Belton, Owston Ferry and West Butterwick. Prescriptions can be ordered at any of the surgeries.

Please note that repeat medication ordered in excess of the timeframe that your current supply is due to expire may not be processed.

If you currently collect your medication from any of the surgery dispensaries and you subsequently sign up for electronic prescribing from a pharmacy, you will no longer be able to receive any of your medication directly from the practice dispensaries. This may introduce a delay to you obtaining your medication. Please ask a member of the dispensary team for more information.

We are keen to ensure that patients with on-going medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.

The practice now accept payment by credit or debit card.
